1.2. Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 15 days of receiving the item. We will assist you in returning the incorrect product and arranging for the correct item to be sent to you.

1.3. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized embroidery items that are not defective cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. We are unable to accept returns for non-defective customized or personalized embroidery items due to their unique nature. Also the supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
