We believe in premium, quality work. Our pricing is straightforward and based on the quality of our stitching and service. Here’s how we calculate the price for your custom apparel.

1. One-Time Digitizing (Setup Fee)

$10.00 Minimum Fee

First, we must convert your logo or design into a digital stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. This is a one-time fee per design. We keep your file, so you never have to pay this fee again for re-orders.

Simple Text / Name: $10.00
Standard Logo (Hat, Left Chest): $35.00
Complex or Large Design (Full Back, Detailed Art): $60.00+

2. Embroidery Service Price (Per Item)

This is the price to sew the design onto each item. The price is based on your design's stitch count and the total number of items you order.

Use this table for two designs per garment (e.g., a logo on the chest AND a logo on the sleeve). Prices assume both designs are within the same stitch count tier.

3. Minimum Order Processing Fee

To cover the administrative and setup time required for small-batch custom work, a $10.00 processing fee is added to all orders with fewer than 6 items. This fee is waived for any order of 6 items or more.

How Your Final Price Is Calculated

Your final, itemized quote is a simple sum of the following components:

Price of Blank Garment (The cost of the sweatshirt, t-shirt, hat, etc. you choose)
One-Time Digitizing Fee (From Part 1, applied once for each new design)
Embroidery Service Price (From the tables in Part 2)
Small Order Processing Fee (From Part 3, only if your order is 1-5 items)
NJ Sales Tax (In New Jersey, tax (6.625%) is applied to services, not the blank clothing itself)
